My clients come to me for help with their stories, which are often full of sadness, shame, guilt, hardship and pain. It might not be easy to talk to a complete stranger about your deepest worries and fears, but by offering an empathic, friendly, supportive and non-judgmental approach I will put you at ease and help you identify and address the issues of your concern.

I initially trained with Relate the UK largest provider of relationship counselling and sex therapy. For the last 19 years I have worked in Relate Richmond, Westminster and London Bridge, GP surgeries and in private practice.
I am a qualified Relate counsellor and have been working with couples and individuals on various issues identified as problems in their relationships, such as:
lack of communication
arguments
financial difficulties
difficulties forming new relationships
juggling every day duties
bereavement
dealing with stress
cultural differences
unemployment
new families & extended families
loss of intimacy
lack of trust
feeling badly treated by partner

I specialise in working with couples and individuals on the issues of adultery. Whether you wish to work towards the reconciliation or separation, I can help you with bringing some clarity into the emotional chaos and hardship as a consequence of adultery.
Beside counselling I do assessments, referrals and domestic violence assessments. I work with different and same sex couples and individuals of both genders and offer open-ended contracts to clients. I offer Digital Technology counselling (Instant Chat & Video Call Counselling sessions via Skype, FaceTime & WhatsApp).
I strongly believe the therapeutic relationship between therapist and client has a central importance in counselling. I will listen to you with genuine warmth and acceptance and without judging. Being friendly, down to earth and flexible, I believe this to be a key to establishing a good relationship with my clients. It is through a good therapeutic relationship that changes occur most naturally and effectively.
